What is Personalized Nutrition?
You’ve probably noticed that when it comes to nutrition, one size doesn’t fit all. What works well for one person may leave another feeling frustrated or stuck – and that’s because your body, lifestyle, and needs are unique.
Personalized nutrition takes a whole-person approach. Together, we look at your health history, daily routines, available lab results, cultural background, and food preferences. Instead of guessing or following trends, we use this information to create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your life.
The goal is to support long-term health and help you feel your best – without rigid rules or overwhelm – by giving you a clear, compassionate roadmap forward.
What to Expect
Your initial virtual consultation is designed as a supportive two-step process, with each session lasting about an hour.
Session 1: Understanding You and Your Health
Before we meet, you’ll complete an intake form covering your health history, lifestyle, and nutrition background. During our first session, we’ll explore your story together—identifying patterns, challenges, and what may be influencing your current health.
To ensure the highest level of care, your assessment and plan are reviewed in collaboration with my supervisor (CNS/LDN/RDN) before our next session.
Session 2: Your Personalized Plan
About a week later, we will review your personalized nutrition plan. This includes realistic changes to meals, daily habits, and lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and movement.
This isn’t about a rigid list of foods to follow – it’s about partnering with you to create changes that feel doable, meaningful, and sustainable.
Follow-On Support:
Ongoing coaching sessions are recommended for continued guidance, accountability, and thoughtful adjustments as your needs and goals evolve.
