Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything

BJ Fogg is the world’s leading expert on habit formation and I had the opportunity to learn about his work from when I took a course to become a Behavior Change Specialist.  It all boils down to tiny habits!  As tiny as flossing only one tooth which is what BJ Fogg did to develop a habit of flossing every night.  What I loved about this book besides the valuable insights is the design!  You’ll be pleasantly surprised at the color palettes and placement of images/graphics in the book.

Over the past 30+ years I’ve collected journals to write down my thoughts, insights, gratitude, and prayers.  Some of the journals I’ve used are beautiful notebooks with blank pages of paper, however I’ve also used a few that have prompts and spaces to fill in.

I’ve used this journal for morning and night journaling.  I loved starting and ending my day on a positive note with gratitude and the best experiences of the day.

I was drawn to this journal when I trained for a marathon in the past.  It’s more than just a training log as it provides a space for self-reflection as well additional information on training for races.
