Thank you for your military service!   As women veteran leaders, your resilience and commitment to others show up in many facets of your life.  You lead selflessly at work, in your community, and in your home.

ALWAYS READY TO SERVE AND MEET THE NEEDS OF OTHERS.

Unfortunately, prioritizing others first has taken a toll on your health.

You feel tired and lack energy

You carry more weight in your body

And a visit to the doctor has revealed a few health concerns

Now approaching midlife, you want to make changes in your lifestyle and take care of you!

YOU REALIZE YOU CAN’T SERVE FULLY FROM AN EMPTY CUP

Yet even with the best intentions, you don’t have the time, energy, or motivation to get it done.

You have a difficult time staying consistent with implementing healthy behaviors into your daily routine.

I understand as I’ve been there. I transitioned out of the military and became a stay-at-home mom/military spouse.  It took time to adjust, but my kids’ needs became front and center.  Until one day, I got my wake-up call. Sitting in the exam room, I listened to my doctor review the results of a routine blood test.  I was shocked to find out I was on the road to prediabetes if I continued to live the way I did.  I knew I had to do something to improve my health.  It didn’t happen overnight but I started to take small steps to implement a healthy routine.

A healthy lifestyle routine that led me to be well and stay well.

Together, with you in the driver seat, I can help and support you do the same.

I BELIEVE WITHIN YOU IS A STRONG DRIVE AND

THE STRENGTHS TO TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR HEALTH.
